For his "first" retirement, he sailed all over the world for 7 years searching for his perfect island. Once he found Roatan, he knew he had found it. Alex and his wife, Kelly, purchased a small island house three years ago which is still a work in progress. Kelly is a "recovering" NY real estate attorney who now mediates eBay disputes on the internet.
